Dear Customer:
For over 25 years The St. George Company has searched for and brought to market, unique and innovative equipment to make work safer and more productive.

This has been our philosophy starting with our first product. In the early 1980's we sprayed chemicals on our farm fields and orchards without any precaution for the safety of the person doing the spraying. The Kasco helmet respirator was introduced to us and immediately we saw it had a place on our family farm. It was a great success. We began to market the Kasco helmet when neighbouring farms asked where they could get such a system, and The St. George Company was born.

By 1985 The St. George Company was a full-time business and we added products to our line to serve both industry and agriculture. In 1993 we re-located to a larger office/warehouse in Paris, Ontario.

We continue to test many of the products in this catalogue on our family farm. Look for our "President Tested" seal throughout the catalogue. Feature Products

The FlipScreen is a unique, miniaturized screening device, which can be fitted to any sized machine used in the earthmoving, demolition, mining, quarry and fertiliser plant industries to name just a few.

On a large Skid Steer Loader (Bobcat), the FlipScreen can thoroughly screen 558 kilograms or rubble & sand in 20 seconds!

A bucket with a mesh sector on top is rotated to allow the finer particles of the bucket contents to be screened out. At the end of each revolution the contents are stopped by a baffle, which holds the contents until the bucket is further rotated, wherein the opening to the bucket is then facing upward. The contents then spill over the baffle and restart their journey around the mesh section of the bucket. This rotation is continued until the smaller particles have all been screened out. Rotating the bucket in the opposite direction then ejects the larger particles.

The FlipScreen is basic in build and consists of high strength steel, hydraulic components, mesh or perforated metal, and standard earth contracting tools.  For More information click here.

Value and Speed: The mechanical Pulveriser Jaw makes fast work of concrete debris, operating at ten to twelve working cycles per minute. Simple, heavy duty design at less than half the cost of comparable hydraulic units.

Amplified Force: Power-Positive attachment coupling system, amplified bucket ram force and raised center tooth design focuses crushing power at the point of engagement.

Clean Result: Fast jaw speed and greater crushing power produces clean separated reinforcing steel (re-bar) and clean crushed concrete in pieces of six to eight inches and smaller.

Pivot Bushings: The units are fitted with oversize fibre semi-self lubricating bushes for outstanding rigidity and less maintenance.

Tough: Thicker manufactured-material sections together with the use of heavy wall tubing across the jaws gives the Pulveriser Jaw greater durability and rigidity.

Simple Teeth Maintenance: The Pulveriser Jaw’s replaceable, abrasion-resistant teeth are welded in to create a solid work platform. New teeth will work harden while pulverising steel re-enforced concrete and are longlasting, only requiring replacement approximately every two years depending on usage. No hard facing is required.

More Power-Faster Change: The Power- Positive attachment coupling system creates 25% more power and allows fast changeovers to OEM buckets and other A-Ward attachments such as Re-bar Shear, Rail/Wire Shear, Grapple Jaw, Steel Shear, Concrete Shear, and Sieve Rakes.
